Answers

Can I view my account information online?
Yes, you can, using our Customer Portal!  Click on the orange "Customer Login"  button located at the top right of our home page and follow the sign up process.  Once logged in, you can view and print your account summary, payment history and payoff information, as well as update your address, phone number or email or make a payment. You can even download a form to set up recurring payments.

What options do I have to make my payment?
We prefer that you schedule a recurring ACH transaction which debits payments when they are due directly from your account.  Payments can also be made using debit or credit cards on our website or over the phone with an agent or our automated system.  Additionally, you always have the option to mail us your payment by check or money order.  Click HERE to download the form needed to establish recurring ACH payments, or call us at (516) 750-4490.

What if I can't make my payment?
The most important thing to do is CALL US AT (516) 750-4490!  The earlier you contact us and let us know that you are having a problem, the more options we will be able to offer you.  The number for Customer Service is (516) 750-4490, or click HERE for other contact methods.

Can I change the payment date on my contract?
Yes, you can.  You must have made at least three payments, and cannot be late at the time you make the request.  Contact us at (516) 750-4490 at least 15 days prior to the scheduled due date to initiate a change.

Can I defer my payment?
You may be eligible to defer or "skip" a payment.  Call us at (516) 750-4490 if you are having problems making your payment, so we can help you determine if you qualify.

How do I get my payoff amount?
You can obtain a payoff directly from our Customer Portal, or you can call Customer Service at (516) 750-4490. Click HERE to go to the Customer Portal.

Can I make a payment at the dealership?
No, we require that you make your payment directly to us, so that we can better assist you in managing your obligation and rebuilding your credit.

Can I get a loan from you directly?
No, we are an indirect finance company.  This means that we purchase retail installment contracts, or car "notes" from dealerships.  We do not lend money directly to individuals.

Do you report to the credit bureaus?
Yes, we report to Equifax, Experian and Trans Union.  One of our goals is to provide you an opportunity to rebuild your credit, so that you have more options the next time you need to finance a vehicle purchase.  This means that it is extremely important that you make your payments on time, to avoid any negative reporting.

Do I need to have Physical Damage Insurance (Comp & Collision)?
